لَيْسَ الشَّدِيدُ بِالصُّرَعَةِ، إِنَّمَا الشَّدِيدُ الَّذِي يَمْلِكُ نَفْسَهُ عِنْدَ الْغَضَبِ
English
The strong person is not the wrestler. The strong person is the one who controls himself when angry.

طاقتور وہ نہیں جو کشتی میں پچھاڑ دے۔ طاقتور وہ ہے جو غصے کے وقت اپنے آپ کو قابو میں رکھے۔
